The EE coverage checker was in need of a complete overhaul, to make it more user-friendly, descriptive and visually appealing. I worked with a multi-disciplinary team to create multiple new versions of it, which we user-tested and subsequently refined, ensuring the finished product covered all possible scenarios clearly and effectively.
Staying safe online
At what age is it okay to give a child a smartphone? What options are there and what are the risks? These questions and more are answered in this hub of information aimed at helping parents to keep their children safe online.
Goodbye to 3G
Telling customers that the 3G network was being switched off wasn’t just about alerting them to what was happening. The people who relied on this service were mostly older adults, so I had to consider every aspect of what was happening, why and how it would affect them, then explain it in the most straightforward way possible. This is the final iteration of the page, once it had been switched off.
EE Rising Star Award
The EE Rising Star Award is a huge annual event for EE at the EE BAFTA Film Awards. 2025 was the third time I created all of the content for the relevant pages on ee.co.uk, and had a hand in building them too.
Multi-Line Discount
When customers add additional lines to their EE account, they benefit in a number of ways. I created this hub of information to explain what these benefits are and how they can help customers and their families.
Banners and promos
I’ve written hundreds of banners and promos for ee.co.uk, covering everything from gifts with purchase to pay monthly plan benefits. I’ve also written an extraordinary amount of product descriptions for phone launches and all of the associated copy across the site.
